▌Structural principle of biological material hopper
The locking device is mainly composed of silo, impeller, blade, rotating shaft and outlet. When the drive mechanism drives the impeller to rotate, the massive material falling from the upper hopper enters the impeller compartment from the material inlet and is sent to the discharge port for discharge with the rotation of the impeller. The whole working process can continuously and quantitatively supply and discharge materials. Because the fit between the impeller and the housing is relatively tight. It has certain air tightness, which can ensure that certain pressure is maintained in the boiler during discharging.
