The problem of the old reciprocating grate is:
The drive connection point of the movable frame at the lower part of the grate is directly connected to the movable beam, resulting in that the connection point is subject to both horizontal and vertical push and pull during the reciprocating drive process, and then the steel structure at the stress point generates torsional shear force, resulting in excessive local stress, and the frequent reciprocating stroke causes local stress fatigue and fracture.

 

Solution:
Optimize the structure: change the lower movable frame of the grate to the same structure as the upper movable frame, add the horizontal push-pull frame, the push-pull connection point is on the horizontal frame, ensure the horizontal reciprocating movement, the vertical direction does not apply additional force to ensure the smooth operation, reduce the shear force of the push-pull point, and the connection part is reinforced with connecting ribs.

How to Maintain the Traveling Chain grate

In the first month of the grate, the grate must be adjusted to 3, 7, 15, and 30 days to adjust the chain of the furnace. Four times/ month . In the future, the grate must be checked regularly. If it is found that the chain is relaxed and running, the adjustment screw of the front axle should be adjusted in time and the chain is tightened to prevent the arch.
