4) the grate slices should be replaced in time when burned or deformed too large, so as not to affect the safety of operation.
5) when the grate is overhauled, wear conditions such as sprockets, grate pieces, front and rear shafts, supports and base plates should be checked, and serious wear should be replaced in time.
6) if the furnace is stopped for a long time, the coal in the coal scuttle and the dust collected from the air chambers should be removed.
